We are looking for highly motivated and well-spoken Business Development Executives (ISR) to join our sales team. The Cambay ISR will be responsible for developing and qualifying new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a pro-active and smooth sales process. You should be able to move sales forward in the process while meeting productivity targets.

To be successful as a Business Development Executive you must be able to build rapport and quickly achieve customer engagement. You must love inside sales and be capable of making hundreds of convincing outbound calls every week. A top Business Development Executive should also be a great listener and able to quickly qualify potential customers.

Demonstration of excellent results in this position makes you a candidate for promotion to the Manager – Inside Sales position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in an outbound call center or a related sale for 2-3 Years
  • Excellent opportunity qualifying skills – asking the RIGHT questions of the RIGHT people in current and potential customers.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Love making outbound sales calls every day.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling company’s products and services.

Additional Skills

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Products and Services is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
