Works closely with internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects.
Participates in after-hours task and deployments on a periodic basis to resolve critical nightly procedures.

Ability to assume administration duties for unfamiliar tools software.
Collaborate with server support teams and data center vendors to schedule outage windows for server and tools maintenance, following established agency change management procedures.
Supporting DevOps functions to best utilize cloud resources with software configuration management and continuous integration tools.
System Analyst adept in multi-platform environments. Proficient in networking, scripting, and automation for streamlined infrastructure management and software deployment.
Able to use independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload.
Proficiency in overseeing a range of automation and monitoring tools, including OpCon, Cognos, Informatica, Datamart, and IIR, with the capability to create, optimize, monitor, and repair them as necessary.
Support the development of new products and/or processes on core systems by providing subject matter expertise on tool suite specifications and requirements
Offer 24x7 rotation for enterprise tools software support, maintaining regular and predictable attendance as per agency leave policy, and fulfill assigned duties.
